Our Goal

Our goal in Mother’s Day Out is to offer opportunities for each child to grow and learn by providing a balance of age-appropriate preschool activities, biblical concepts and play that will enhance social skills, creativity, and learning.

Our Facilities

Our classrooms are designed to meet the needs of the growing, exploring preschooler. Childcare workers develop learning activities that promote physical, social, emotional and spiritual development. Each classroom is designed with learning centers such as: “Art”, “Blocks”, “Books”, “Home-Living”, “Music”, “Nature”, “Puzzles”, and “Group-Time”.

Our Staff

Teachers are the key to the success of First Baptist. Teachers strive to give the very best of themselves to the children on a daily basis. The concepts taught are the building blocks of the preschooler's entire life. Children are what they see, experience and feel. In order to provide loving care, individual attention and instruction, each class has two teachers in the room at all times. Every teacher is CPR certified.

Our Curriculum

Each class follows an age-appropriate WEE Learn curriculum published by Lifeway Christian Resources in Nashville, Tennesse. We believe that very young children can learn the principles of the gospel when taught at their level. Monthly themes and enrichment activities are also included. Our daily program includes: Age appropriate preschool activities, Bible stories and related crafts, playtime (in and outside), music and movement, rotation centers, lunch and rest time.
