A.S.K. Seminar Classes
A.S.K. Seminar classes provide opportunities for believers to grow in their spiritual journey. FBC offers short-term seminars for adults on Wednesdays at 6:00pm. Classes usually run four to six weeks and are led by various church staff and laypersons.
The Women’s Ministry offers several Bible studies each semester. Bible studies are offered on Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings. The Tuesday morning Bible study (9:30-noon) is a favorite time of study, because after the study, the women have lunch together at a pre-determined location. Childcare is offered during all Bible studies and through lunch until 1:30pm on Tuesdays.
Senior Adults age 65+ meet Sundays at 9:30am in Adult 5 (Room 113) to worship in singing traditionals hymns and for enriching Bible study. There are 3 women's classes, 2 men's classes and 1 couple's class.
College & Young Adults
College students and Young Adults (ages 18-23) meet Sundays at 9:30am and Wednesdays at for Bible study at the “Renovate” room located at North end of the Youth House (on the corner of Grady and Cypress).
M.O.F.I.A. (Men of Faith in Action) is a growing ministry for men of all ages. These men are dedicated to expanding the ministry into a progressive outlet to reach out to men in the community. The men gather monthly on a Saturday morning for breakfast, fellowship, and a special message. They also take part in service projects around the community.
